According to the report of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee on the results of the implementation of the reorganization of the provincial political system up to now, the Provincial Steering Committee and its supporting teams have focused on leading, directing, and implementing synchronously and uniformly throughout the province. At the provincial level, the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee has decided to end the activities of 7 Provincial Party Committee's Steering Committees and end the activities of the Provincial Cadre Health Care Committee, transferring the tasks to the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, the Department of Health and the Provincial General Hospital. Complete 5 merger projects, end the activities, merge and establish new Party agencies and units and 9 draft projects to merge departments, branches, agencies and units of the government. At the district level, the arrangement and merger of departments and offices have also been carried out according to the direction of the province, striving to complete the arrangement of the district's apparatus in February 2025.

At the meeting, the district and city Party Committees reported on the implementation of the conclusions of the Central and Provincial Party Committees on the restructuring of the apparatus in the spirit of Resolution 18-NQ/TW; shared experiences in the implementation process; and at the same time reflected and recommended solutions to difficulties and obstacles. Thereby, the Standing Committees of the district and city Party Committees recommended that the Provincial Steering Committee provide specific guidance on the names, functions and tasks of the district-level departments and offices after the merger to ensure that they meet the approval conditions according to regulations and are consistent and unified throughout the province; pay attention to guiding the internal organizational structure, number of positions, jobs and regimes and policies according to Decrees 177, 178, 179/2024/ND-CP of the Government;
Speaking at the meeting, the Provincial Party Secretary acknowledged the determination, proactiveness and drasticness of the districts and cities in implementing the arrangement and streamlining of the local apparatus, ensuring adherence to the policies and directions of the Central Government and the Provincial Party Committee; ensuring progress and quality in the arrangement of the apparatus to be "lean, compact, strong, efficient, effective and efficient". Regarding the direction and tasks in the coming time, the Provincial Party Secretary requested the Standing Committees of the districts and city Party Committees to continue to closely follow the leadership, direction and guidance of the province to focus on leading, directing the effective implementation of the arrangement of the local apparatus, completing the approval of the project to arrange the apparatus at the district level before February 10 and at the provincial level before February 15.

The comrade requested to thoroughly grasp the spirit of utmost urgency, strictness, running while lining up, each level doing its own thing but synchronously, resolutely, effectively; especially the issues of personnel, people, policies and regimes, unifying the way of doing things so that it is smooth, avoiding the situation of "each person doing their own thing". The comrade directed the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board and the Department of Home Affairs to coordinate in researching and advising the Provincial Steering Committee on a plan to direct the synchronous and unified arrangement of specialized agencies under the provincial and district People's Committees and mass organizations based on actual conditions and recommendations of localities. At the same time, he requested that Party committees at all levels continue to promote propaganda, political and ideological education for cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers, especially those who are affected and influenced by the organizational arrangement. Based on the organizational arrangement of agencies, organizations and units, implement the process of resolving regimes and policies for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers. During the implementation process, he requested that the district and city Party Committees and relevant agencies and units regularly monitor the Central's instructions and make appropriate adjustments; periodically report the results to the Provincial Party Standing Committee for monitoring and direction.
