According to Da Lat City Police, Tuan has a bachelor's degree in mathematics and opened his own math class. From 2021 to present, Tuan has been tutoring LNĐ.G (15 years old, living in Ward 2, Da Lat City). Since then, Tuan has repeatedly molested G. and taken pictures of the incident; the most recent time was on the afternoon of January 19.
Regarding NVTA (15 years old, residing in Ward 6, Da Lat City), from around May 2023 until now, Tuan has repeatedly committed indecent acts with A.
In addition, with the children NPHN and TNNP, from about July 2022 to October 2022, when going to extra classes, Tuan repeatedly committed lewd acts on male students.
After the emergency arrest, the Da Lat City Police Investigation Agency is consolidating the case file to prosecute the case and prosecute the accused Ho Cong Tuan to investigate the act of child molestation.
