I don't understand why the VAR referee didn't give that angle to the referee. It's clear that Livramento didn't make his body bigger. Livramento's arms were in a natural position with the movement he made.

He had no time to react to the deflection. Newcastle's penalty went against all UEFA guidelines. The team paid a heavy price."
