This year is the second year I left my hometown to study in Ho Chi Minh City, pursuing my passion at the Faculty of Computer Science - Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology. After the first year of study, with a lot of effort, I achieved excellent grades. That result brought me a surprise gift: I was able to participate in the upcoming program to meet outstanding Ha Tinh youth and students in Ho Chi Minh City and Ha Tinh businessmen in the Southern region.
I feel even more proud because the provincial leaders always pay much attention to students, especially those who are far from home. That is the motivation for us to continue to make efforts and strive so that no matter where we are, we will spread the cultural values of Ha Tinh people, continuing the tradition of studiousness of our homeland.

In 2020, I was admitted to Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology as the valedictorian. Currently, in addition to focusing on studying, I always actively participate in union and association activities at school and am the Vice President of the Student Association of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology.
As a third-year student, I am often interested in learning about job opportunities, policies and strategies on human resource recruitment. I know that our province recently organized a meeting with outstanding students and young people from Ha Tinh in Hanoi and introduced the province's talent attraction policy. I hope that the program will take place in Ho Chi Minh City - where I am studying. And that wish is becoming a reality.
I hope the program is not only an opportunity to connect generations of children living far from home, but also an opportunity to introduce the province's policies on attracting human resources, information on the socio-economic situation, the development of the province; job opportunities in the province so that young people and students in need can learn about them and return to their hometown to start a business.

I am currently a senior student majoring in Information Security at FPT University, Ho Chi Minh City. After more than 4 years away from home, this is the first time I have known about a large-scale meeting program like this. At the program, I not only had the opportunity to meet young people, excellent students, those with the will to overcome difficulties and study well, but also met uncles, aunts, brothers and sisters who are businessmen from Ha Tinh in the southern provinces. This is a valuable opportunity for exchange and meeting between generations and connecting warm hometown relationships.
Although the program has not yet taken place, I have now joined the zalo group of outstanding Ha Tinh youth and students in the South. Right from the initial connection like this, I have felt warm and the love of fellow countrymen far from home has become closer. I feel extremely proud to be born as a child of Ha Tinh. I hope that from now on and in the future, the friends I met at the program and the students and youth of Ha Tinh in the South will continue to connect and interact more to create a sustainable Ha Tinh community.

I entered the Ha Tinh Orphanage at the age of 6. Difficult circumstances made me always try my best to study well so that I could get a suitable job, support myself, and not disappoint my parents and everyone's care. In the last 2 years at Saigon University, I was lucky to receive a scholarship of 10 million VND per year from the "Fund to Support Students with High Scores and Especially Difficult Circumstances to Enter University" of my home province. That motivated me to try even harder. And in October 2023, I graduated with a degree of honors in Vietnamese Studies. Currently, I am working part-time at a restaurant and wedding party.
When I learned that I was one of the delegates to attend the program to meet outstanding Ha Tinh youth and students in Ho Chi Minh City and Ha Tinh businessmen in the Southern region, I was very happy. I was happy because far from home, I would meet my uncles, aunts, brothers and sisters and fellow countrymen. And I was even happier to know that there were many Ha Tinh businessmen participating in the program, we would have access to more job opportunities, listen to experience sharing, and inspiration to start a business. This is truly a rare opportunity for a fresh graduate like me.
