As Secretary of the Youth Union of Ha Tinh High School for the Gifted, Ms. Truong Thi Nhat Anh (born in 1991) has been exemplary, creative, dynamic, implementing the principle of democratic centralism, regularly innovating working methods and leadership styles, promoting spirit and responsibility, overcoming difficulties, and striving to successfully complete the assigned tasks.

The Secretary of the Youth Union of Ha Tinh High School for the Gifted has actively promoted political and ideological education; moral and lifestyle education; enhanced education on revolutionary traditions, patriotism, national pride, and moral and lifestyle education for young union members. The Youth Volunteer Movement was widely, diversely, and flexibly organized by Ms. Nhat Anh and the School Youth Union Executive Committee.

The Secretary of the Huong Lien Commune Youth Union has established a volunteer youth team with 15 comrades ready to respond to natural disasters and floods when assigned and mobilized. Practically commemorating the 93rd anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2024) and the 110th anniversary of the birth of Hero Ly Tu Trong (October 20, 1914 - October 20, 2024), the Central Secretariat of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union plans to organize a program to celebrate the 93rd anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, honor outstanding Youth Union officials nationwide and present the Ly Tu Trong Award 2024 in Ha Tinh province in March 2024.
