The second learning encouragement shelter in Giong Lanh 1 hamlet, Tang Hoa commune was awarded to Doan Mong Hong Gam, an 8th grade student at Ho Van Nhanh Secondary School. The shelter is a level 4 house with an area of ​​60 square meters.

On the afternoon of July 25, at the My Tho City People's Committee Hall, the My Tho City Policy Council held a ceremony to present Savings books to policy families in 2023. The program presented 13 Savings books (worth 20 million VND/book) to 13 policy families (including: sick soldiers, war invalids, families of martyrs, families with meritorious services to the revolution) in My Tho City. The total cost is 260 million VND.

Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Le Thi Be Phuong - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee, Chairman of the Policy Council of My Tho City emphasized: the value of each savings book is not large but shows the affection of the Party Committee, Government and people of My Tho City. This is the policy of the Party and State in caring for and helping families with preferential policies to show gratitude to heroic martyrs, people with revolutionary contributions... who have contributed to bringing independence and freedom to the country. Thereby, contributing to sharing and encouraging families with preferential policies and people with meritorious services to rise up in life.
