Hoang Thuy's design features phoenix images, combined with more than 100 flower petals and thousands of crystals. It took artisans more than 300 hours of work to complete. The ao dai uses lace and organza, taking advantage of the fabric's ability to catch light to create a sparkling effect.

The white satin silk material is light and airy, helping to highlight the elegant beauty of Miss World Vietnam 2016. The artisans spent 96 hours working continuously, using sophisticated hand embroidery techniques to complete the design.

The designer spent more than three months creating 40 costumes from traditional to modern, inspired by the imperial land.
