Coming to Aquafina Vietnam International Fashion Week Fall - Winter 2024 , designer Hoang Hai introduced the "Last Autumn" collection including designs with elegant beauty, bold artistry and sophisticated lines.
Inspired by the late autumn days in Hanoi, the collection is like a narrative about the beauty of nature, the gentle movement of the earth and sky as it gradually transitions to winter.
Designer Hoang Hai uses many typical autumn tones, from warm yellow, beige brown to deep red, combined with other colors to bring gentle tones to the collection.
The first part is a series of luxurious and charming evening dresses. Each design is handcrafted, decorated with crystals, sequins and delicate beads, creating a sparkling effect under the light.
Runner-up Hoang Thuy took on the role of opening the show. She wore a crystal-embellished, tight-fitting evening gown, showing off her long, slender legs.
After the evening gown show, the collection introduced wedding dresses. Each wedding dress contained an elegant, gentle beauty but no less luxurious.
Soft chiffon material, floral motifs are skillfully embroidered and attached on thin fabric, creating a poetic, airy appearance. The perfect combination of fabric layers brings a visual effect like flower petals falling in the wind.
Miss Bui Xuan Hanh was the closing performer. She wore a pastel pink, flared wedding dress, with a large metallic bow at the waist, creating a graceful, sophisticated feeling and adding depth to the overall look.
Thanh Hang wears an off-shoulder dress and a bow in her hair in the "Van Vuong" collection.
Designer Adrian Anh Tuan tells a romantic love story with subtle youthful emotions in the collection "Van Vuong".
The designer chose snow fabric and felt to recreate a winter that is no longer cold but always warmed by throbbing hearts. In addition, the dresses and shirts are combined with fringes - a popular trend and large bow accessories, helping to bring impressive looks.
Closing the show, Thanh Hang appeared as the vedette. The supermodel transformed into a haughty, capricious lady in a white dress. The off-shoulder part of the dress was asymmetrically crossed, creating a feeling that was both liberal and modern, yet elegant and graceful.
Tu Anh wears a strapless dress, walking the catwalk to close the collection "In the Mood for Love"
At the closing night of Aquafina Vietnam International Fashion Week Fall - Winter 2024 , designer Ha Linh Thu presented an emotional fashion "symphony" with the collection "In the Mood for Love".
Inspired by the film of the same name by director Wong Kar-wai, the collection makes a strong impression through delicate, romantic designs, aiming to recreate a fascinating fashion story.
The collection is like a slow-motion film, recreating the profound, charming beauty of Hong Kong (China) in the 60s.
The highlight of the collection comes from the combination of strong, liberal menswear suit designs and graceful, graceful evening gown designs.
This contrast not only creates a striking visual effect, but also recalls the complex relationship between the man and the woman in the film In the Mood for Love : Longing but reserved, close but distant.
Through each sophisticated cut and meticulous embroidery, designer Ha Linh Thu breathes a nostalgic, romantic beauty into the collection. She brings viewers back to beautiful memories of a distant time, recalling the unforgettable impression of director Wong Kar-wai's cinematic masterpiece.
The collection's signature color palette is inspired by the work In the Mood for Love , which depicts the emotional range of love.
Warm colors like red and brown represent passion and enthusiasm, while emerald green and turquoise evoke feelings of loneliness and emptiness. All are expressed on velvet and silk fabrics, creating emotional depth in each design.
The outfits are complemented by exquisite accessories. From gloves, black stockings in classic Hong Kong (China) style to pointed high heels, creating a perfect overall look.
More specifically, velvet flowers or meticulously beaded details on the black background of dresses and coats become unique visual highlights. Each outfit appears as a vivid work of art.
In the closing part, The Face Vietnam 2023 Champion Huynh Tu Anh played the role of vedette. The female model wore a strapless velvet dress, combined with long chiffon gloves and a delicate velvet headband.
