(NLDO) - Of the 443 people who wish to and have submitted applications for early retirement and resignation in Quang Nam, 23 are under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.
On the afternoon of February 8, reporting at a working session with Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and the Government's working delegation, Mr. Le Van Dung, Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province, presented the results achieved in 2024 and January 2025.

According to Mr. Le Van Dung, the Provincial Party Standing Committee has issued many policies and directions to remove difficulties for businesses and projects... to promote socio-economic development.
The Provincial Party Standing Committee seriously implemented and ensured the progress of the implementation of Conclusion Notice 581 of the Central Inspection Commission.
In 2024, Quang Nam admitted 2,203 party members, reaching 115.94% as set out in the Resolution; completed the arrangement of administrative units at the commune and district levels (reducing 1 district and 8 communes and wards); summarized and continued to implement Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW on "Some issues on continuing to innovate and arrange the organization of the political system to be streamlined, effective and efficient"
Complete the project to reorganize provincial departments and branches and district offices; waiting to be submitted to People's Councils at all levels. According to the project, the provincial level will reduce 6 departments and branches (from 19 to 13); reduce 21.8% of departments and branches within departments and branches; establish the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; establish Party committees of provincial Party agencies and Party committees of the Provincial People's Committee.
According to Mr. Le Van Dung, up to now, in Quang Nam, 443 people have expressed their wishes and applications for early retirement and resignation. Of these, 23 people are under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.
