Delegates attending the Agribank Trade Union Conference in the Northern mountainous and midland regions.

To effectively perform the functions and tasks of the trade union organization, Agribank grassroots trade unions in the region coordinate with professionals to promote propaganda, education, and motivation for union members and workers to successfully complete political tasks; care for and protect the legitimate rights and interests of union members; effectively launch and organize patriotic emulation movements.

Through the movements, union members and employees have been motivated to strive to effectively achieve Agribank's business goals. Total mobilization in the region in 2023 reached over VND 204 trillion, up 11.5% compared to the plan, of which 21 branches completed the capital mobilization target; total outstanding loans in the region reached over VND 217 trillion, up 7% compared to the plan.

In 2023, 157 union members were admitted to the Party; 433 initiatives in performing tasks were commended and rewarded by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, including typical departmental unions such as: Tuyen Quang, Son La, Ha Giang, Thai Nguyen...

In 2024, trade union organizations in the region will continue to promote propaganda and political and ideological education for union members and workers; effectively carry out patriotic emulation movements; innovate trade union activities; constantly care for union members' lives; strive for 100% of union members and workers to have a stable standard of living and income; 100% of trade union organizations will be classified as good and excellent.

Within the framework of the conference, trade union organizations in the region launched the 4th Talented and Elegant Agribank Cadres Contest in 2024 and launched the 2024 emulation competition.
