For owners of hydroelectric dams in the area, information and data on hydrometeorological monitoring, upstream water level, downstream water level, incoming flow, and discharge flow must be provided according to regulations of the General Department of Hydrometeorology under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, the provincial environmental resource management agency.
