Subjects involved in the brawl at the police station

Accordingly, the 7 subjects all reside in Hue City, including: Phan Van Anh Dung (born in 1999); Phan Van Tuan Dat (born in 1994); Nguyen Huy Dat (born in 2002); Tran Duy Duc (born in 1992); Ha Van Thanh (born in 1990); Ngo Duc Thang (born in 1995); Tran Duy Bi (born in 1985). Previously, at around 00:15 on February 10, a group of 4 people including: Nguyen Van Du (born in 1990); Ngo Duc Chien (born in 1995); Truong Van Do (born in 2001) and Ngo Duc Thang went to District 1 Beer Garden to have fun.

While Du's group was sitting at the restaurant, they had a conflict with the female customer service staff of the restaurant, so they reported the incident to the restaurant's security staff to resolve the matter. At this time, Tran Duy Bi (born in 1985), who was sitting at the restaurant, came to Du's group's table and demanded an apology to the female employee, after which a fight broke out.

Discovering the incident, two security guards of the restaurant, Phan Van Anh Dung and Nguyen Quoc Hung, came to stop Du and Bi's group from fighting.

While Du's group was leaving, Thang, angry about being chased away by the restaurant's security staff, attacked Phan Van Anh Dung in the head, causing injury. Then, the restaurant's security staff, including Phan Van Tuan Dat, Ha Van Thanh, Tran Duy Duc, and Nguyen Huy Dat, attacked Thang.

Immediately after the incident, the leaders of Thuan Hoa District Police directed the District Police Criminal Police Team to investigate and clarify the case. Based on images extracted from security cameras and collected information, Thuan Hoa District Police summoned related subjects to the headquarters for questioning.
