On May 20, a talk show about President Ho Chi Minh took place in Hanoi, to celebrate the 134th birthday of the great President Ho Chi Minh - National Liberation Hero - World Cultural Celebrity (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2024) and the 76th anniversary of the day Uncle Ho issued the Call for Patriotic Emulation (June 11, 1948 - June 11, 2024). The talk show about President Ho Chi Minh was organized by the Department of Telecommunications and Cryptography - Ministry of Public Security, with the support of the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV).

Through the Program, we aim to raise awareness of the Party's foreign policy and guidelines; arouse pride, create an atmosphere of excitement and trust in the Party's leadership in foreign affairs; contribute to protecting the ideological foundation and prestige of the Party, the State and the People's Public Security Forces; fight against and defeat the sabotage plots of hostile, reactionary, discontented and opportunistic political forces regarding the Party's and State's foreign policy and guidelines.
At the same time, continue to thoroughly grasp and raise awareness among cadres and party members about the content and significance of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle, his Testament and the six teachings of Uncle Ho to the People's Public Security; arouse the sense of self-cultivation, training, and implementation of "diligence, thrift, integrity and uprightness", contributing to preventing and repelling signs of degradation in ideology, politics, morality and lifestyle. The program also contributes to affirming that President Ho Chi Minh is a shining example for future generations to learn from and follow in order to build the country increasingly rich, civilized, and on par with the world powers.

At the program, the delegates listened to Professor Hoang Chi Bao - Senior Expert, former member of the Central Theoretical Council report and convey good stories about the ideology and morality of the great President Ho Chi Minh. Also on this occasion, the delegates simultaneously deployed a political and ideological activity on the content of the work "Building and developing Vietnam's foreign affairs, comprehensive and modern diplomacy imbued with the identity of "Vietnamese Bamboo" by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong.
In particular, the art program with the theme "Melody of May" with elaborately staged performances, left many emotions for the audience. The art program had the participation of Sao Mai rendezvous artists: Huu Trung, Minh Hang, Minh Hieu... and a male and female choir. The singers and artists performed famous, immortal songs, praising the Party, Uncle Ho, the homeland of Vietnam, expressing the affection, respect and gratitude of the People's Public Security force: "Uncle's words, words of the country"; "Uncle's love brightens our lives"; "Uncle Ho's sandals"; "The road we take"; "The Party is my life"; "Offering you the spring song"; "Ho Chi Minh's song"; "A lap of Vietnam"; the medley "The country is full of joy and As if Uncle Ho were here on the great victory day"...

Within the framework of the program, the Organizing Committee also awarded the "Political Contest to Protect the Party's Ideological Foundation" to the Party Committee of the Telecommunications and Cryptography Department and the Reading Culture Ambassador in the People's Public Security.
Accordingly, the First Prize was awarded to Captain Le Quoc Vu with the article "Some solutions to promote the role of youth union members in protecting the Party's ideological foundation at the Department of Telecommunications and Cryptography in the current period". Two Second Prizes were awarded to the Executive Committee of the Women's Union with the article "People's Public Security in the fight to protect the Party's ideological foundation against the plots and tricks of hostile forces in cyberspace" and Captain Bui Minh Trang with the article "Identifying and criticizing the intention to politicize criminal cases to sabotage the Party and the State of hostile forces".
The art program of singers and artists performed famous, immortal songs praising the Party, Uncle Ho, the homeland of Vietnam, expressing the affection, respect and gratitude of the People's Public Security force.
Three Third Prizes were awarded to: Captain Mai Ho Trung Trinh with the article "Identifying and fighting against, refuting the plot to "depoliticize" the armed forces in general, the People's Public Security in particular, by hostile forces in the current situation"; Major Ha Hong Anh with the article "Duties of cadres, party members, and police soldiers in protecting the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against erroneous and hostile views"; Lieutenant Chu Thi Ngoc Lien with the article "Building a truly clean, strong, disciplined, elite, and modern People's Public Security".
The Encouragement Prizes were awarded to the Women's Union of Room 1 with the article "Ho Chi Minh's Thought on the People's Public Security"; Major Nguyen Thi Ngoc Huyen with the article "Building the People's Public Security force in general and the People's Public Security telecommunications and cryptography force in particular to be truly clean, strong, disciplined, elite and modern in the spirit of the Party's 13th National Congress documents"; Major Nguyen Thi Ly with the article "Ho Chi Minh's Thought on the People's Public Security", and Lieutenant Nguyen Duy Tan with the article "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle".
