Voters of Vinh Loc district proposed that the Government submit to the National Assembly for consideration and amendment of the method of debt collection and settlement for cases where an individual is the legal representative for many different enterprises, including enterprises that are operating, enterprises that have ceased operations, abandoned their business addresses and still owe taxes in the Tax Administration Law No. 38/2019/QH14.

It is recommended that the Government promptly adjust the Master Plan for preserving and promoting the value of the Ho Dynasty Citadel relic and surrounding areas in association with tourism development, which was approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 1316/QD-TTg, to be consistent with promoting the value of the relic in association with the local socio-economic development plan.
