The person who posted the clip, Mr. C. (38 years old, a technology car driver) said that at that time, he parked his car in front of the gas station to drop off a passenger. At that time, a man came out of the gas station and asked him to give him 10,000 VND for "parking fee".
Mr. C. did not agree, so the two argued. A woman (passenger) spoke up to stop them, but both sides continued to curse.
After that, the man went into the gas station and brought out a long iron bar and placed it next to the car. The two continued to argue. Notably, the man also spat on Mr. C's car.
According to Mr. C., he intended to drop off the passenger and leave the car, but the man came to collect the money, so he was upset...
Tam Binh Ward Police have learned of the incident and invited the man in the clip to verify.
According to the reporter's investigation, the above area used to be a gas station but is no longer in operation and is often used for parking.
