Today, April 11, Dong Nai Young Entrepreneurs Association held the 7th Congress, term 2025-2028 with an exciting atmosphere, striving to step into a new era locally and nationally.

Efforts to gather and develop members

Over the years, businessmen who are members of the Dong Nai Young Entrepreneurs Association have always strived to achieve high results in production and business. Many products are industrial goods from Vinastar Technical Plastic Production and Trading Company Limited, Tuong Lai Company Limited, Diep Nam Phuong Investment Joint Stock Company, Nam Long Company Limited... have gradually grown, expanding the domestic and export markets. In addition, other industries and services have also been invested in and developed such as: transportation, logistics, construction, real estate, tourism, production, agricultural processing...

Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Duong Minh Dung assessed that the Dong Nai Young Entrepreneurs Association has made efforts to combine business with social responsibility; the association's network has been expanded to the district level and affiliated clubs.

According to Chairman of Dong Nai Young Entrepreneurs Association Le Bach Long, there are more and more association activities that are suitable for the actual production and business activities of enterprises and members such as: monthly and quarterly business coffee with practical topics; deploying a fund to support start-up loans to support young people in the province; maintaining a mutual support fund to meet the capital needs of member enterprises. The association coordinates with agencies to connect, train, coach, support members to develop, participate in Dialogue Programs between the government and enterprises, etc.

Some targets of Dong Nai Young Entrepreneurs Association, term VII:

Develop at least 50 members/year; establish at least 2 new branches at district and industry levels; maintain monthly visits to member businesses; maintain the quarterly Entrepreneur Coffee Program. Support feasible startup projects, coordinate with units to organize innovative startup competitions. Open training courses and business training; implement the Lawyers as Friends with Businesses Program; continue to implement and expand social volunteer programs...

Regarding the results of the activities of building the Work Program, in the 2022-2025 term, the Dong Nai Young Entrepreneurs Association has established 2 local branches, namely the Bien Hoa City Young Entrepreneurs Association and the Trang Bom - Thong Nhat Young Entrepreneurs Association; and established the Dong Nai Young Entrepreneurs Construction and Real Estate Industry Branch. Currently, the association has 9 branches and 5 affiliated clubs operating regularly with the purpose of exchanging information among members to remove difficulties and obstacles in production and business, helping each other to develop together.

Not only a place to connect businesses, Dong Nai Young Entrepreneurs Association is also a "launching pad" for many creative startup models, regional linkage projects, OCOP products (One Commune One Product Program), social security programs, and meaningful communities.

As a new member of the Dong Nai Young Entrepreneurs Association, Ms. Tran Thi Tham from Rong Viet Technology Investment Company Limited, shared that the association has created conditions for her young business to develop. Through activities, support, and consulting programs, Rong Viet Technology Investment Company Limited has boldly submitted its products to startup programs and was fortunate to win the 3rd prize of the National Startup Project Development Program 2024 organized by the Vietnam Business Federation.

Firmly step on the new path

Currently, Dong Nai and the whole country are entering a new stage of development in the context of many complex intertwined factors. There are many advantages but also great difficulties and challenges, which create new opportunities and plans for young entrepreneurs.

Mr. Dang Quoc Nghi, Permanent Vice President of Dong Nai Young Entrepreneurs Association, shared that this congress is the result of a careful, democratic preparation process, listening to the grassroots. The Association aims for a term of action, substance, and effectiveness, in which Dong Nai Young Entrepreneurs Association will continue to be an extension of the province's socio-economic development strategy. To do that, in addition to promoting intra-provincial activities, the Association will expand its links with young entrepreneur associations in provinces and cities across the country to enhance trade; support startups; transfer technology and create an effective inter-regional investment and cooperation network.

According to Mr. Dang Quoc Nghi, Dong Nai Young Entrepreneurs Association aims to develop 4 strategic pillars: building a community of young entrepreneurs who are brave, integrated, and responsible; promoting digital transformation, applying technology in production and business; developing green, circular business models, associated with the digital economy; connecting the startup ecosystem, accompanying the province's development policies.

Similarly, Mr. Nguyen Duy Khuong, Vice President of Dong Nai Young Entrepreneurs Association, General Director of 939 Investment and Trade Joint Stock Company, expects that with the theme "Welcoming opportunities - Connecting success", the congress is not only an event to summarize the term, but also a call for a new journey full of courage and aspiration. Mr. Khuong believes that this is a special time when Dong Nai is at the center of many great opportunities. Traffic infrastructure is being promoted, focusing on the Long Thanh International Airport Project; foreign direct investment capital flows and domestic enterprises' internal strength are changing strongly; the trend of digital transformation, green economy, and innovation is increasingly evident, which creates both opportunities and challenges for young entrepreneurs to strive to overcome to increasingly assert themselves.
