Handover of the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project through Bien Hoa has reached nearly 99%

The enforcement committee is coordinating with the Phuoc Tan ward government to focus on both mobilizing and enforcing land recovery from the remaining households.

According to the plan, on April 14, the enforcement board will organize land reclamation for 10 households in Phuoc Tan ward who have not yet handed over the land for the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project. However, after the enforcement notice, the enforcement board and local authorities conducted a final persuasion campaign, so 9/10 households agreed to hand over the land.

As for the households on plot 86, cadastral map sheet 56, they did not agree to hand over the land. On the same morning, the enforcement force carried out the compulsory land recovery and compulsory demolition of the housing construction on the land according to regulations.

After enforcing 1/3 of the construction, the representative of the household agreed to sign the land handover minutes and voluntarily requested to dismantle the construction on the land to complete the handover on the morning of April 15. The enforcement committee agreed on a plan for the household to dismantle itself to reduce property damage, and at the same time, assigned a representative of the enforcement committee to supervise the demolition progress according to the time the household had committed.

To date, 1,466/1,514 households have agreed to hand over the land for the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project through Bien Hoa City, reaching a rate of nearly 99%. Currently, only 48 households have not agreed to hand over the land, accounting for more than 1% of the remaining area to be recovered.

Bien Hoa city leaders held a meeting on enforcement and Phuoc Tan ward continued to both mobilize and enforce to complete the handover of the site on April 15.
