The report at the conference stated: In 2023, in the context of many changes in the organization and staff, many new and difficult tasks arose in practice, but the collective of cadres, civil servants, and employees of the Provincial Party Committee Office united and strived to successfully complete the assigned political tasks, meeting the leadership and direction requirements of the Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee. There were some areas of consulting and serving the sea that improved compared to the previous year, especially the work of general consulting, document work, archiving, administration, and internal affairs of the agency.
In 2023, the Provincial Party Committee Office advised on over 56 meetings, notably 5 Provincial Party Committee conferences, organized working sessions between the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and central working delegations; edited, reviewed, and advised the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to issue a large volume of documents, with more than 1,500 documents, helping the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to promptly direct in the fields of socio-economics, foreign affairs, national defense and security, Party building and the political system.
The organization of citizen reception, receipt, consultation and proposal for handling of petitions and letters sent by organizations and individuals to the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Standing Committee was carried out seriously, ensuring objectivity, timeliness, and compliance with regulations, while at the same time advising on transferring them to competent agencies, organizations and individuals, especially petitions with instructions from the Provincial Party Standing Committee, with 203 petitions.

In the field of documents and archives, 2,192 outgoing documents were issued, 8,800 incoming documents were received and processed in accordance with regulations, accurately and safely; the database of outgoing and incoming documents was updated, and documents with digital signatures were sent and received more frequently; the automatic messaging system on the Electronic Information Portal was used synchronously to remind leaders and staff to handle urgent work effectively. Documents were supplemented at the Provincial Party History Archives with 475 pairs of documents, of which over 120 pairs with 1,608 files were completely edited.
The cryptographic work - information technology ensures smooth operation of 35 online meetings organized by the central and provincial Party Committees. In addition, it ensures conditions, means, facilities, and funding to serve the activities of the Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Committee Office.

Regarding the tasks for 2024, the conference focused on discussing and proposing 10 groups of tasks and solutions. In particular, focusing on research to improve and enhance the quality of advisory and synthesis work on the principle of meeting the leadership and direction requirements of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee in all areas, especially the work of making correct proposals, ensuring feasibility for groups of work in the socio-economic field, promoting party building work, coordinating to serve well the task of receiving citizens of the Provincial Party Committee Secretary...
Speaking at the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Dang Quang acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of the collective leadership, cadres and civil servants of the Provincial Party Committee Office in performing the tasks in 2023. In addition, he highly appreciated the 10 groups of directions and tasks discussed and proposed at the conference, and at the same time set high expectations that in 2024, the Provincial Party Committee Office will continue to excellently complete the tasks of consulting, synthesizing, documenting, archiving, administration and internal affairs of the agency.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Dang Quang hopes that in 2024, the Provincial Party Committee Office will continue to effectively carry out the work of advising and synthesizing to lead the Provincial Party Committee to innovate the Party's leadership method. To carry out that task well, each cadre and civil servant of the Provincial Party Committee Office must read deeply and carefully study the central documents to advise the Standing Provincial Party Committee in directing the fields of socio-economics, national defense and security, Party building, building the political system, and at the same time inform the opinions of the Provincial Party Committee's leaders to the people. In addition, find "bottlenecks" in leadership and direction to promptly advise solutions. Focus on doing well the work of documents, archives, cryptography, and security. Each cadre and civil servant needs to make greater efforts in each working position to meet the assigned tasks.
On this occasion, the Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office awarded certificates of merit to 5 collectives and 15 individuals; and awarded the title of grassroots emulation fighter to 15 individuals.
