21 suggestions entered the final round of the 2nd campaign for voters to give suggestions to build their homeland Long An

On March 31, the Organizing Committee of the campaign for voters to give advice on building their homeland in Long An held a meeting of the Jury Council to quickly summarize the results of scoring the advice. Vice Chairman in charge of the Provincial People's Council - Mai Van Nhieu chaired the meeting.

The 2nd Voters' Campaign for Advice on Building Long An Homeland in 2024 attracted 106 suggestions from 68 authors in various fields. Of which, 27 were in the economic field, 41 were in the cultural and social field, and 38 were in the Party and government building field.

In the preliminary round, after scoring the proposals, the Organizing Committee proposed 21 proposals for the final round. Of these, there were 5 proposals in the economic field; 8 proposals in the cultural-social field and Party and government building field.

According to the Organizing Committee's assessment, most of the participating proposals showed their enthusiasm and desire to contribute to the development of Long An province in various fields, improving the investment environment, enhancing competitiveness, perfecting socio-economic and urban infrastructure, promoting the development of agriculture, industry, and tourism; reforming administrative procedures, applying digital technology and artificial intelligence to Party building, state management, and social development; solutions to build a team of cadres and civil servants;...

In particular, this year's campaign has authors from other provinces, who are elderly and have difficulty writing their proposals, but have special feelings and love for Long An land. They asked their relatives to help them write to express and send their feelings in their proposals to the Organizing Committee. In addition, there are many enthusiastic authors who sent many proposals to participate in the campaign.

However, in the second year of organization, the number of contributions and authors participating in the campaign decreased compared to 2023; there were no teams of experts, scientists, businessmen and many authors outside the province participating in the contributions; the quality of the contributions in general was not superior to that of 2023;...

At the meeting, the Organizing Committee of the campaign requested that each member of the Jury consider and evaluate the proposals for the final round, and plan and classify the proposals and send them to the support team for synthesis and public posting on the media, to collect comments and assessments from voters and people on the ranked proposals before the Jury officially proposes to the Organizing Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council to decide on the ranking of the proposals./.
