On the afternoon of February 27, the Provincial People's Committee had a working session with the delegation of FPT Joint Stock Company led by Mr. Nguyen Van Khoa, General Director of the Company, to discuss cooperation in education investment and digital transformation in the province.

At the meeting, the leaders of FPT Corporation shared about the trends and orientations of Digital Transformation, FPT's desire to cooperate with the province in education and digital transformation, contributing to the province's effective implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation.
Specifically, the province hopes to introduce land plots with an area of about 5 hectares to invest in the FPT education complex, land plots from 7,000-10,000m2 to invest in the Thai Binh Minischool system and apply the best socialized policy incentives for education; propose to prioritize the completion of technical infrastructure connecting the project, support site clearance; promote digital transformation, focusing on 3 main pillars: digital government, digital economy and digital society...

Based on the proposal of FPT Corporation, delegates exchanged and discussed the direction of cooperation and necessary contents to be deployed for effective implementation.

Speaking at the meeting, Comrade Nguyen Manh Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee thanked FPT Corporation for proposing working contents with the province. He emphasized: Thai Binh province is focusing on attracting investment in the Economic Zone and industrial parks and clusters, so the demand for human resources, especially high-quality human resources, is very large, so the issue of educational development, focusing on general education and vocational training must be given top priority.
Regarding proposals for effective cooperation in the field of education, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Education and Training to coordinate with relevant departments, branches and FPT Joint Stock Company to survey and research proposals to advise the province.
Regarding the field of digital transformation, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee said that, based on Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation, the province has issued an action program and has detailed plans and solutions in each field, each industry and each locality.
With the proposals of FPT Corporation, he assigned the Department of Science and Technology to coordinate with FPT to continue researching and proposing solutions for the province to develop digital transformation in the coming time.
