The Provincial People's Committee held a meeting to appraise the Land Price List for the period 2020-2024 in the province.

At the meeting, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment (DONRE) proposed a plan to adjust the Land Price List based on coordination with relevant units to conduct surveys, analyze and evaluate market fluctuations. Accordingly, the scope of adjustment of the Land Price List is based on the provisions of the 2024 Land Law, Decree No. 71/2024/ND-CP dated June 27, 2024 of the Government, resolutions of the Provincial People's Council and decisions of the Provincial People's Committee. Members of the Provincial Land Price List Appraisal Council and departments, branches and localities basically agreed with the explanatory report of the DONRE; at the same time, proposed to supplement and update a number of new routes and resettlement areas to the Land Price List.

Comrade Le Huyen, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the meeting.

Concluding the meeting, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that, based on the comments of the delegates, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment urgently review, adjust and supplement the Land Price List in accordance with the provisions of the 2024 Land Law and other relevant regulations, ensuring that land prices are consistent with the actual situation. Assign departments, branches and localities to review and ensure that the steps of document appraisal procedures are strict and feasible in accordance with regulations, and promptly complete the Land Price List to submit to the Provincial People's Council for consideration and approval.
