Rules of the Contest 'Electricity Saving Propaganda 2025'

The "Energy Saving Propaganda Contest 2025" is organized in a theatrical form. Accordingly, all officials and employees in energy enterprises such as Vietnam Electricity Group, Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Group, Vietnam National Energy - Industry Group...; organizations, educational institutions of the Industry and Trade sector and all people can participate in the contest. Accordingly, contestants can create content in diverse and creative forms through skits, sent as video clips with a length of 5 - 10 minutes with content that conveys the purpose of the contest.

Competition "Electricity saving propagandist 2025"

Entries will be evaluated through multiple rounds by a prestigious Jury, including leading experts in the fields of energy, media, and cinema.

The evaluation process is conducted in a transparent, objective and fair manner, based on criteria such as creativity and originality; scientific accuracy; aesthetics and form, communication effectiveness and practical application.

From the entries, the Jury will select 22 works to award prizes, of which the prize structure is as follows:

a) Special Prize: 01 prize

b) First Prize: 01 prize

c) Second Prize: 03 prizes

d) Third Prize: 04 prizes

e) Encouragement Prize: 10 prizes

f) Prize for the team with the most audience votes: 01 prize

g) Prize for the unit with the most participating works: 01 prize

h) Prize for the team with the best costume: 01 prize

Bonus level:

a) Special Prize: 30,000,000 VND (Thirty million VND)

b) First Prize: 25,000,000 VND (Twenty five million VND)

c) Second Prize: 20,000,000 VND (Twenty million VND)

d) Third Prize: 15,000,000 VND (Fifteen million VND)

e) Consolation Prize: 7,000,000 VND (Seven million VND)

f) Prize for the team with the most audience votes: VND 5,000,000 (Five million dong)

g) Prize for the unit with the most participating works: VND 5,000,000 (Five million VND)

The authors and groups of authors whose works win the prize will be awarded a commemorative medal and a cash prize. The award ceremony is expected to be held in September 2025 in Hanoi.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade calls on all people, organizations and business communities across the country to actively respond and participate in the "Electricity Saving Propaganda Contest 2025".

Details of the Rules and Decisions on establishing the Jury and Organizing Committee of the contest have been sent to 63 provinces and centrally-run cities, posted on the Electronic Industry and Trade Newspaper: congthuong.vn and other press and media units.
