The campaign "Proud of a strip of land and rivers" is widely deployed nationwide and abroad, aiming to use the map of Vietnam in the learning, working and community activities of Vietnamese youth and people to form and strengthen the awareness of national sovereignty. The Central Youth Union sets a goal that by 2023, 100% of the headquarters of specialized agencies, public service units and institutions managed by the Youth Union; traditional rooms, activity rooms of the Youth Union, Association and Young Pioneers; 100% of the working rooms of Youth Union, Association and Young Pioneers officials at the central, provincial and grassroots levels will hang the map of Vietnam.

The Central Secretariat of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union recommends that the administrative map of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam be hung in accordance with current regulations, issued by the Department of Surveying, Mapping and Geographic Information of Vietnam, in accordance with Circular No. 47/2014/TT-BTNMT dated August 22, 2014 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment on technical regulations for establishing administrative maps at all levels.
