Specifically, the two correct accusations include the assignment of inappropriate teaching hours to a teacher and the recognition of a teacher who has not been appointed to the staff as a grassroots emulation fighter.
There are 4 contents that are concluded to be correct or incorrect related to the school's emulation and reward work, suspicions that teachers received money to help students retake exams and move up a grade; failure to disclose non-budgetary revenues and expenditures and a teacher's violation of teaching ethics.
In addition, the remaining 7 accusations were determined to be false and 1 accusation had no basis for conclusion.
From the above results, the Department of Education and Training of Ca Mau requested to review the collective responsibility of the leadership of Phan Ngoc Hien High School, especially the Emulation and Reward Council, for allowing many shortcomings in management and operation.
Mr. Do Van De, the school's principal, was asked to be disciplined for his role as head of a public unit for failing to inspect and supervise subordinates in their advisory work and the performance of assigned tasks. Mr. De was also criticized for failing to promptly and decisively handle violations that occurred at the school.
At the same time, Mr. De was assigned the responsibility of handling and overcoming a number of problems related to the use of multi-purpose gymnasiums, canteen rental contracts and canteen and parking lot rental projects for the period 2024 - 2026 under the direction of the Department of Education and Training and the Provincial People's Committee.
