General Secretary To Lam visited the opening day of the first course, Vikki Digital Bank and Da Nang cooperate to develop human resources in the semiconductor and artificial intelligence industry at the Da Nang Center for Research and Training in Microchip Design and Artificial Intelligence (DSAC).
Vikki New Generation Digital Bank is a bank operating under license number 0009/NH-GP of the State Bank of Vietnam. The bank is headquartered in Hanoi with 212 branches, transaction offices and more than 1,000 ATMs nationwide.

The General Secretary visited the opening day of the first specialized semiconductor design training course at the Da Nang Center for Research and Training in Microchip Design and Artificial Intelligence for 80 talented students in Da Nang, aiming to train thousands of students by 2030.
With the main goal of training high-quality human resources to promote the development of semiconductor, blockchain, and AI technology in Vietnam.
Based on the signed cooperation content in the development of semiconductor and high-tech microchips; Vikki Digital Bank and the Da Nang Center for Research, Training in Microchip Design and Artificial Intelligence announced a cooperative relationship to develop high-quality human resources in key technology industries for Da Nang and Vietnam in the coming time.
General Secretary To Lam shared at the opening ceremony of the first training course on the morning of March 29.
Vikki Digital Bank and units such as Galaxy Holding invested in a modern LAB system with a budget of 100 billion VND for the first year; including focusing on equipment investment, training program development, and operating costs.
Accordingly, Vikki Digital Bank and its member units in the ecosystem will coordinate with the city to implement training programs - develop high-quality human resources in the field of semiconductor chips and artificial intelligence, develop products and services to serve socio-economic development - the needs of businesses and people.
At the same time, the two sides will jointly research, develop and move towards supporting and providing semiconductor design and semiconductor simulation services using the world's leading Synopsys ZeBu-5 system.
Mr. Le Van Thanh, Deputy General Director of Vikki Digital Bank said: “ This program is part of the chain of activities of HDBank and Vikki Bank Group when receiving the task of developing Blockchain Make-in Vietnam technology under the witness of General Secretary To Lam on January 15, 2025.
Investment activities in modern Labs and Synopsys Zebu-5 equipment are a strong commitment to promoting innovation, building a team of international quality semiconductor and artificial intelligence human resources for Vietnam and supporting the development of the high-tech industry, applying these achievements to the banking and finance industry, helping to shape the future of the semiconductor and artificial intelligence industry, thereby actively and effectively contributing to the successful implementation of Resolution 57-NQ/TW in the coming time ".
By applying the world's latest technologies and leading experts in the industry, the program aims to provide students with practical experience and necessary skills, helping them become important factors in the rapidly developing high-tech field in Vietnam.
The representative of DSAC of Da Nang city also emphasized: "By combining the strengths of businesses and the city government, especially the resources and international operating experience of Vikki Digital Bank and units in the ecosystem, we are building a solid foundation for research, development and human resource training, thereby opening up new opportunities for the technological future of Da Nang and Vietnam".
