Delegates participated in the discussion program with the theme "Arousing the desire to get rich, accompanying farmers to confidently enter the new era".
The program aims to promote and honor potential, typical, and strong agricultural products of each locality, especially products with good form, quality, brand, ensuring food safety, and products participating in value chain linkage activities. Thereby, helping entities promote their brands, increase product added value; activities aim to promote, advertise, introduce, and connect product consumption to consumers and units and businesses inside and outside the province.
This is also an opportunity to encourage and motivate collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the work of the Association and the farmers' movement, typical farmers in the integration period, with many creative ideas and aspirations to get rich. From there, contributing to the successful implementation of Resolution No. 19-NQ/TW of the 5th Conference of the Party Central Committee (13th tenure) on agriculture, farmers and rural areas to 2030, with a vision to 2045.

Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen The Giang emphasized that in the past year, the province has achieved many important and comprehensive results in all fields; basically completing the set goals and tasks, including many targets achieved and exceeded the plan. In that achievement, there is a significant contribution from the Association and cadres and members of farmers in the whole province.

He suggested that in the coming time, the Association at all levels should continue to innovate, improve the quality and effectiveness of propaganda work, political and ideological education, create consensus in the awareness and actions of members and farmers on agricultural development, farmers, rural areas, and new rural construction; regularly pay attention to grasp the aspirations of farmers to promptly support, especially localities that have suffered heavy damage caused by recent natural disasters; create motivation to exploit and promote the potential and strengths of each locality.
Simultaneously, Focus on innovating the content and form of organizing the emulation movement "Farmers compete in production, good business, unite to help each other get rich and sustainably reduce poverty" to become a spearhead movement, creating a spreading force, promoting the development of emulation movements.
The Provincial Farmers' Association awarded Certificates of Merit to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the Association's work and the farmers' movement in 2024.
The association at all levels focuses on supporting and guiding members and farmers to apply digital technology, build ecological agricultural production models, green agriculture, create many safe, high-quality agricultural products that are competitive in the market; perform well the role of a bridge to build sustainable and effective links between the State, Farmers, Scientists and Enterprises, contributing to building an effective production, supply and consumption chain of products.
For the exemplary individuals and collectives that have been honored, they need to continue to take the lead in cooperation and production and business linkage; continue to contribute their efforts and intelligence, impart experiences, support and help many others so that more farmers can rise up and become rich legitimately.
On this occasion, the Organizing Committee honored and awarded certificates to 9 outstanding agricultural products. The Provincial Farmers' Association Executive Committee commended 35 outstanding farmers and businessmen and awarded Certificates of Merit to 71 outstanding officials and members; and awarded Certificates of Merit to 50 collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the Association's work and the farmers' movement in 2024.
