Organizing many activities on the occasion of Workers' Month 2025

In response to Workers' Month 2025, the Provincial Federation of Labor has issued a plan and directed trade unions at all levels to organize practical, effective, focused activities that are suitable to the conditions of the locality, agencies, organizations, enterprises, and production and business establishments. Lao Cai Provincial Federation of Labor strives for 55% or more of grassroots trade unions in all types of enterprises to have at least 1 activity in response to Workers' Month; 35% or more of grassroots trade unions in administrative agencies and public service units to have at least 1 activity suitable to respond to Workers' Month 2025.

Workers' Month is the peak period for taking care of the material and spiritual life of union members and workers.

Accordingly, trade unions at all levels in the province will focus on organizing programs and activities for workers and laborers. The highlight is the program "Creative workers, confidently entering the new era", focusing on propaganda, mobilizing, and praising union members and laborers to compete to improve their qualifications, professional knowledge, skills, have many initiatives, technical innovations, and apply modern technology to production. Trade unions at all levels in the province will advise, propose, and coordinate to organize for leaders of Party committees, authorities at the same level and employers to contact and dialogue with union members and laborers, and at the same time organize the program "Thanking workers", "Union meals" and organize activities to care for, support, and show gratitude to workers. During Workers' Month, trade unions at all levels will also focus on propaganda, creating a peak period of "Union members in May" to develop union members and establish grassroots unions.

During Workers' Month, there will be many meaningful activities aimed at union members, workers, and laborers in agencies, units, enterprises, and production and business establishments.

For provincial-level activities, the Provincial Federation of Labor will coordinate to organize the Launching Ceremony of the Month of Action on Labor Safety and Hygiene and the Workers' Month 2025; organize delegations to visit, give gifts, and support the construction of "Union Shelters" and to grasp the living and working conditions of workers. In addition, it will also commend and honor outstanding union members and workers with many achievements in emulation movements; coordinate with provincial agencies and functional branches to inspect and supervise the implementation of labor laws at enterprises and production and business establishments in the area.
