Kien Giang will organize a Phu Quoc cultural, tourism and culinary festival to serve locals and tourists.
On March 5, Director of Kien Giang Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Center Quang Xuan Lua said that Phu Quoc culture, tourism and culinary festival is expected to have about 80 booths serving people and tourists from April 27 to May 3, at Phu Quoc City Culture, Sports and Broadcasting Center.
The festival took place with many activities such as organizing a space to introduce Phu Quoc fish sauce village; space to introduce Phu Quoc, Ha Tien, Kien Hai tourism; Phu Quoc culinary space; space to display and introduce export products, OCOP products, and Kien Giang's typical products.
Organizing business connection sessions between Kien Giang enterprises and shopping units in Phu Quoc City; destination survey programs; demonstrations, processing of dishes using Phu Quoc fish sauce and a series of cultural, artistic, culinary and tourism activities responded by enterprises...
In particular, the festival will set a record of 50 dishes made from Phu Quoc Melaleuca mushrooms, a typical, delicious, nutritious mushroom that is loved by most locals and tourists.
