Gasoline and oil prices have increased since 3 p.m. today (April 3), while the price stabilization fund remains unchanged and is not being set aside.
According to the joint decision of the Ministry of Industry and Trade - Ministry of Finance, the ceiling price of E5RON92 gasoline is 20,373 VND/liter, an increase of 341 VND/liter compared to the current price; the new price of RON95-III gasoline is 20,919 VND/liter, an increase of 495 VND/liter compared to the current price.
Also in this operating period, diesel increased by 261 VND/liter, to 18,478 VND/liter; kerosene increased by 211 VND/liter, the new price is 18,735 VND/liter and mazut increased by 124 VND, to 17,026 VND/kg.
During this period, the joint ministries did not set aside or use the price stabilization fund for gasoline and oil products. As for the Vietnam National Petroleum Group (Petrolimex), as of the time before the price adjustment, the balance of the price stabilization fund at the enterprise was 3,082 billion VND, unchanged from the most recent announcement period.
This is the third consecutive increase in gasoline prices.
