In 2023, the work of the Youth Union and the youth movement in the whole province has focused on key points; closely following the functions and tasks of the organization with the motto of being specific and effective, promoting the spirit of shock, volunteerism, and intellectual strength of the Youth Union members.
During the year, more than 3.3 billion VND was mobilized to implement construction works, youth works, gratitude activities; organized more than 1,400 activities of "Repaying gratitude, remembering the source of drinking water". The movement "Youth volunteers join hands to build new rural areas, civilized urban areas"; "Youth volunteers" were deployed widely, diversely, associated with the work of ensuring social security, building new rural areas, and civilized urban areas.
Following the theme of "Digital transformation of union activities", union chapters at all levels have focused on innovation, creativity, and launched many typical digital transformation models such as: "Digital library - smart reading"; "Digitalization of union history, party history"; deploying 300 models of "Community digital technology groups" in 219 communes, wards, and towns with more than 4,500 union members participating...
In particular, Ha Tinh Provincial Youth Union is the first unit nationwide to sign a cooperation agreement with the Provincial Police, deploy a propaganda campaign, instructing people to install electronic identification associated with the model "One team with many tasks - Blue shirt with VNEID", contributing to making Ha Tinh one of the first two provinces to complete the issuance of CCCD and one of the first four provinces to complete the target of installing electronic identification nationwide.

Activities to accompany young people in starting and establishing businesses have been focused on and implemented in many effective and creative ways. In 2023, the whole province admitted nearly 18,200 outstanding young people into the Youth Union; introduced more than 2,800 outstanding Youth Union members to the Party for consideration.
With these results, Ha Tinh Provincial Youth Union was honored to receive certificates of merit and excellent emulation flags from the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union, and the Central Council of the Young Pioneers. In 2023, Ha Tinh Provincial Youth Union was honored to rank 2nd in the country in performing its tasks; 5 consecutive years in the top 10 excellent youth organizations in the country.
Implementing the theme "Year of Youth Volunteers" in 2024, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and the Vietnam Youth Union of Ha Tinh province determined to focus on implementing the resolutions of the congresses of the Youth Union at all levels; strengthening digital transformation; regularly implementing and improving the quality of volunteer activities; continuing to innovate the content and methods of operation; actively participating in building new rural areas, civilized urban areas, and building OCOP products for youth.
Building a team of union cadres with political courage, ethics, responsibility, capacity, prestige, pioneering and exemplary role; promoting the core role of the union organization in the activities of the Youth Union; the role of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers in the care and education of teenagers and children...
At the conference, delegates focused on discussing, contributing many ideas and proposing solutions to improve the quality of union work, associations and youth movements in the province.
