The meeting reviewed and gave opinions on the permission to carry out emergency construction for disaster prevention and control of the culvert across National Highway 1K under construction package No. 11 - Rach Cai Cau (Suoi Xiep) of the Di An drainage system project and Tan Dong Hiep Industrial Park. The project aims to promptly prevent, combat and limit damage to property and people caused by floods and natural disasters during the rainy season; to resolve the serious flooding situation that causes traffic insecurity and blocks the main route of National Highway 1K at the intersection with Suoi Xiep.

Regarding the draft Resolution on implementing projects connecting Dong Nai province, it is proposed to implement the following projects: Construction of Hieu Liem Bridge; road from Tan Ba ​​market intersection (DT.747A, Tan Uyen City) connecting D21 road (Tan Hanh ward, Bien Hoa City); road connecting Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 with Bien Hoa Airport (Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, Pham Van Dieu streets); main road CDT14 (Tan Uyen City) connecting D30 road (Tan Hanh ward, Bien Hoa City).
