At the time of discovery, the newborn baby was in normal health, with no external abnormalities detected...

According to the People's Committee of Hiep Binh Chanh Ward, the abandoned newborn is a boy about 7-15 days old. After two days, no relatives came to claim the baby, so the ward authorities issued a notice to find the baby's mother.

Specifically, within 7 days, the Ward People's Committee requests that whoever is the child's mother please contact the Ward Children's Officer via phone number: 0327.688.645 to carry out the procedures to receive the child back.

If after the above time period, no information is received from the baby's mother, Hiep Binh Chanh Ward People's Committee will carry out the procedures according to regulations.

The young mother came to ask for her child back during the divorce proceedings. She thought of abandoning her child at the foot of the bridge for society to raise.
