The price of live pigs today (December 15, 2024) in the Northern region continues to remain stable after a week of continuous price adjustments in the provinces and cities.

Currently, the price of live pigs in this area is fluctuating between 63,000 - 65,000 VND/kg. Provinces and cities such as Hanoi, Vinh Phuc, Thai Nguyen, Phu Tho, Tuyen Quang, Bac Giang and Thai Binh all reached the highest transaction price in the country at 65,000 VND/kg.

Central Highlands region
Similarly, the price of live pigs today (December 15, 2024) in the Central Highlands region did not record any price adjustment in the provinces and cities.
Currently, traders in this area are purchasing live pigs at around 62,000 - 64,000 VND/kg. Of which, live pigs in Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Lam Dong and Binh Thuan are being sold at 64,000 VND/kg, the highest in the region. On the other hand, the lowest price in the region is 62,000 VND/kg in Quang Tri, Thua Thien Hue, Quang Nam and Khanh Hoa.

Southern region
Along with the above two regions, the price of live pigs in the Southern region today (December 15, 2024) also recorded no price adjustment in the provinces and cities. Currently, Southern traders are purchasing live pigs at prices ranging from 62,000 - 64,000 VND/kg. In particular, provinces and cities such as Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Phuoc, Dong Nai, Can Tho, Long An, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Binh Duong... have a common price of 64,000 VND/kg.
In general, the price of live pigs last week continued to increase rapidly at the beginning of the week and gradually slowed down at the end of the week. According to records, live pigs nationwide are being sold at around 62,000 - 65,000 VND/kg.
