Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and more than 20 members of the Government will answer questions at the National Assembly from the morning of November 6 to the morning of November 8.
On the afternoon of November 4, the National Assembly Office announced the question and answer program at the 6th session of the 15th National Assembly.
Different from the questioning activities at the previous session according to emerging issues, this session, delegates will question the implementation of promises made by Government members and heads of sectors according to 10 Resolutions of the 14th and 15th National Assembly.
According to the meeting agenda, on the morning of November 6, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang will report to the National Assembly on the implementation of several resolutions of the 14th and 15th tenures on thematic supervision and questioning. Afterwards, Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court Nguyen Hoa Binh, Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy Le Minh Tri, and State Auditor General Ngo Van Tuan will present reports. Secretary General of the National Assembly Bui Van Cuong will report on the verification of the above contents.
From 9:40 to 14:40, the National Assembly began questioning members of the Government in the first group of areas: planning and investment; finance; banking. In the afternoon, delegates questioned the second group of areas: industry and trade; agriculture and rural development; transportation; construction; natural resources and environment. This content lasted until 9:10 on November 7.

From 9:10 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on November 7, ministers and heads of sectors in the fields of justice; home affairs; security, order, and social safety; inspection; court; prosecution; and audit will answer questions.
From 3:00 p.m. on November 7 to 9:30 a.m. the following day, the National Assembly will move on to the final areas of questioning: science and technology; education and training; culture, sports and tourism; health; labor, war invalids and social affairs; information and communications.
Closing the question-and-answer session, from 9:50 a.m. to 11 a.m. on November 8, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh reported, clarified related issues, and answered questions from National Assembly deputies.
The time for questioning and answering questions for each field group is about 160 - 170 minutes, flexible according to the actual situation. The questioning session is broadcast live on television and radio for voters and people nationwide to follow and monitor.
According to the Law on Supervisory Activities of the National Assembly and People's Councils 2015, at the year-end session of the mid-term year and the year-end session of the final year of the term, the National Assembly considers and discusses the summary reports of the Government members, the reports of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court, the Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy, the State Auditor General and other questioned persons. The content of the questioning is the implementation of the resolutions of the National Assembly, the resolutions of the National Assembly Standing Committee on questioning and the issues promised at the National Assembly sessions and meetings of the National Assembly Standing Committee.
