The Prime Minister and delegates respectfully offered flowers and incense in memory and expressed their infinite gratitude for the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh, the founder and trainer of our Party, the genius leader of our Party and people, the great teacher of the Vietnamese revolution and the international workers' movement, the national liberation hero, the world cultural celebrity, the exemplary communist soldier who devoted his whole life to the revolutionary cause of the Party and the Vietnamese people.

The Prime Minister hopes that the Party Committee, government and people of Nam Sach district, Hai Duong province will continue to implement Uncle Ho's instructions when he visited, promote the momentum and movements of many decades, do better if they have done well, pay more attention to ensuring hygiene, environment, waste and wastewater treatment, mobilize the strength and participation of the people, bring about efficiency and practical benefits to the people. On the same afternoon, during the program of visiting and presenting gifts to workers, laborers in difficult circumstances and the poor in Hai Duong province on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2024, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh presented gifts to the poor in the province at the People's Committee of Thai Hoc ward, Chi Linh city.

On behalf of the Party and State leaders, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh commended the Party Committee, government, army and people of Hai Duong for their efforts to achieve comprehensive socio-economic development results in all areas. In particular, the multidimensional poverty rate of Hai Duong is 1.34%, lower than the national average of 2.9%. Particularly in Chi Linh city - a land with a glorious historical and cultural tradition, the poverty rate of Chi Linh city is 0.9%.

The Prime Minister suggested that the province, which has done well, should do even better in social security, hunger eradication and poverty reduction, especially during the coming Tet holiday, so that no one can go without Tet, no one is left behind.
