Regarding the case of discovering human limbs in a burned travel bag on an empty lot in Tan Phuoc Khanh Ward (Tan Uyen City, Binh Duong Province), this morning (May 27), the provincial police investigation agency had the results of a DNA test with the victim.

According to a leader of the Criminal Police Department of Binh Duong Province Police, DNA testing results showed that the victim was male, about 30 - 35 years old, about 1.5m - 1.9m tall.
In previous announcements by Binh Duong Provincial Police about the search for the victim's whereabouts, the victim's gender was announced as female, along with the characteristic of fake fingernails for identification.
However, the latest DNA test results confirmed that the victim was male. Therefore, the investigation agency informed units, organizations and individuals to have information to promptly detect any unusual signs.
Previously, the Criminal Police Department of the Ministry of Public Security was reinforced to coordinate with Binh Duong Police to investigate the case.
This case has caused a stir in public opinion in the past few days because the body was dismembered and not intact. Initial assessment is that this is a murder case.
