The Ministry of Home Affairs has agreed with the proposal of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs on the 2025 Lunar New Year holiday (At Ty). Accordingly, cadres, civil servants and public employees will have 9 consecutive days off, from January 25 to February 2, 2025 (ie from December 26 of the year of Giap Thin to the end of January 5 of the year of At Ty).

For the 2025 National Day holiday, the Ministry of Home Affairs agreed on a plan for cadres, civil servants, and public employees to have 4 days off, from August 30 to September 2, 2025.

Regarding the holidays of Victory Day April 30 and International Labor Day May 1, 2025, the Ministry of Home Affairs agreed on the plan that cadres, civil servants, and public employees will have 5 days off from April 30 to May 4, 2025.

The Ministry of Home Affairs also agreed with the draft document of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs sent to the Prime Minister on Lunar New Year holidays, National Day holidays, Victory Day holidays on April 30 and May 1 in 2025 for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers.
