Missing 0.01 points, should I retake the exam to enter the police academy?

I am hesitant between dropping out of the school I passed to review for the police or military school to have a job after graduation.

I am male. In this year's university entrance exam, I placed my first choice in the People's Security Academy but was 0.01 points short. Considering my other choices, I was accepted into the Engineering major of Hanoi University of Industry. But after passing, I was hesitant about whether I should study or not.

I am most worried about job opportunities. If you graduate from a police or military school, you won't have to worry about finding a job.
