According to some owners of flower and ornamental plant businesses, people's demand for buying has been increasing but mainly focuses on ornamental plants and flowers priced from tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of VND/pot, a few people still buy flowers and ornamental plants with higher prices, from several million to tens of millions of VND.
Besides, many people choose to buy flowers and ornamental plants that are entering the flowering stage to take home and continue to take care of them to save costs compared to shopping near Tet.
Many types of flowers and ornamental plants have high consumption and are popular today such as: lilies, gladiolus, dahlias, marigolds, money trees, kumquats, apricots, four-season tea, chrysanthemums, roses... These types of flowers and ornamental plants have been sown and planted for many months and are expected to bloom right on the occasion of Lunar New Year.
The market for flowers and ornamental plants is quite vibrant, stimulating the demand for flower pots. Flower and ornamental plant pots are diverse in size, design and material, mainly priced from 150-250 thousand VND/pot.
Most people who choose to buy flowers and ornamental plants early focus on two reasons: saving money and especially having more choices.

Compared to the time near Tet, it also saves nearly half the cost, so every year I buy flowers and ornamental plants a few months in advance to plant and take care of them, waiting for Tet," said Mr. Truong Van Nam, in Trieu Phong district.
