Since these laws were passed, the Government and the Prime Minister have directed ministries, branches and localities to actively and diligently develop detailed regulations and implementation guidelines.

Concluding the conference, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha directed that the development and promulgation of detailed regulations for the implementation of the Land Law, Housing Law, and Real Estate Business Law, which will take effect 5 months in advance, is a practical and urgent requirement.
