Basic construction inspection in Duy Xuyen district

The inspection team consists of 7 members, led by Mr. Nguyen Do, Deputy Chief Inspector of the province. The team will conduct the inspection within 45 working days.

The content focuses on inspecting the effectiveness of using capital construction investment funds in 05 years (2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023) in Duy Xuyen district; inspecting the management of capital construction investment of projects and works in 05 years (2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023; except for projects and works that have been audited and inspected by state management agencies) by Duy Xuyen District People's Committee, departments and offices of Duy Xuyen District People's Committee and other agencies and units as investors or representatives of investors; related issues before and after the time of inspection are all inspected and clarified.

Speaking at the announcement ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Duc Tien, Chief Inspector of the province, clearly stated the purpose, requirements and necessity of the inspection activities, and at the same time, requested the inspection team to strictly implement the Regulations on organization and operation of the inspection team, maintain discipline and administrative discipline in public service activities.

At the end of the announcement session, the Provincial Inspector received comments from the inspected agencies and organizations and agreed on the time, program and working content of the Inspection Team.

At the same time, it is recommended that during the inspection team's performance of its duties, relevant units need to coordinate closely and assign a focal person who is an authorized officer to work directly with the team to provide reports, records, and documents as required so that the Team can complete its duties according to the Plan.
