On May 14, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Farmers' Association launched the "Farmers with the Law" Club in Tien Trang Commune (Quang Xuong).

Implementing Decision No. 81/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister and based on the practical needs of the locality, the "Farmers with the Law" Clubs were established and launched to improve the skills of receiving citizens, participating in resolving complaints, denunciations and mediation at the grassroots level, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new situation.
Accordingly, the Club consists of 50 members, the Executive Board consists of 7 members working according to the principle of democratic centralism. The Club meets periodically once a month, the content of the meeting is to convey knowledge about legal policies, mediation work at the grassroots level, handling complaints and denunciations, providing legal aid, legal advice to officials and farmer members; coordinate with departments, branches and organizations to conduct social supervision and criticism in the commune to ensure compliance with legal regulations; resolve conflicts among farmers and propose solutions to implement complaints and denunciations of farmers, not allowing complaints to arise beyond the level. In its activities, the Club will be supported, consulted and coordinated by specialized agencies such as the Police and Justice to resolve cases at the grassroots level, right from the beginning.
At the launching ceremony, the Department of Legal Education and Dissemination, Department of Justice organized training and imparted to the Club members basic and practical contents in the activities of disseminating and educating the law, propaganda work, and legal aid in order to fulfill its role in participating in resolving complaints, denunciations and disputes among farmers and people.
Up to now, Thanh Hoa Farmers’ Association has directly and supported the establishment of 175 “Farmers with the Law” Clubs. In addition, Farmers’ Associations at district, town, city and grassroots levels have established hundreds of clubs at their own level. Thereby contributing to the dissemination of the Party and State’s policies and laws to all classes of people. These activities have contributed to social stability, strengthening community ties and village and neighborhood sentiment.
