Ho Chi Minh City Futsal Open 2024 will welcome the team that was in the top 4 in Europe
RSC Anderlecht from Belgium is one of Europe's leading futsal clubs, having won 8 league titles, 7 national cups, 5 super cups and 2 Benecups. In its young history, the club has participated in 10 UEFA competitions and reached the top 4 in 2023.
At a press conference on the afternoon of August 18, coach Luca Craganaz said: "It's a pity that RSC Anderlecht cannot bring the strongest squad because some important players are busy focusing on the World Cup. However, with 5-6 players from other national teams present here, I hope Anderlecht will perform their best to create an attractive tournament."
For his part, head coach of Thai Son Bac team Victor Acosta assessed that playing against a top European representative will bring a lot of experience to Vietnamese players.
