Newly issued laws, decrees, and strategies have created a breakthrough in data institutions, resolved data monopoly bottlenecks, opened up new development space in providing new products and services on data processing, turned data into important means of production, and formed a data market. Regarding the quality of mobile information, the mobile broadband download speed reached 86.96 Mbps, up 14 national rankings (to 37/110 countries); fixed broadband download speed reached 159.32 Mbps, up 7 national rankings (to 35/154 countries).
