Training on document and archive work to serve party congresses at all levels for the 2025 term

This morning, November 6, the Office of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee organized a training conference on professional work in document and archive work to serve the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term for cadres directly working in document and archive work, offices of Party committees, agencies, and organizations directly under the Provincial Party Committee and 125 Party Committees of communes, wards, and towns in the province.

During the 2 days of November 6-7, the cadres attending the training conference received 4 key topics discussed by cadres of the Central Party Office Archives Department, including: authority to issue and format documents; clerical and archival work serving party congresses; collecting, editing, and determining the value of documents; preparing and submitting records and documents of party congresses at all levels to the agency archives; and at the same time, providing guidance and exchanging specific professional skills.

The training conference aims to raise awareness and responsibility of cadres and civil servants of advisory and support agencies on the position, role and importance of the Party's document and archive work; foster skills and expertise to help creatively apply them to practical work, improve work quality and efficiency; and exchange practical experiences among cadres working in document and archive work of agencies, units and localities.

At the same time, create unity in directing and implementing the tasks of document and archive work serving party congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.
