Human rights training in 2023 in Bac Kan province

On June 13, the Bac Kan Provincial Security Steering Committee organized a training session on human rights work in 2023 under the chairmanship of Mr. Nguyen Dang Binh - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial Security Steering Committee.

Attending the conference were Colonel Thang Quang Huy - Deputy Director of Bac Kan Provincial Police, Deputy Head of the Provincial Security Steering Committee; members of the Provincial Security Steering Committee... The conference was connected online to the bridge points of the Police of districts in the province.

At the Conference, delegates were informed about the contents of human rights work; ethnic and religious work in the new situation; exchanged experiences and methods of handling issues related to democracy, human rights, ethnicity, religion, etc. These are topical contents directly related to human rights work applied to the implementation of human rights work; improving the quality of advisory work on propaganda work, fighting against activities that take advantage of ethnic and religious issues in the province to cause insecurity and disorder, affecting the implementation of the State's policies and laws on ethnicity and religion.

The conference contributed to raising awareness and training for leaders and cadres directly advising on the implementation of human rights work on the Party's viewpoints and policies, the State's legal policies in ensuring human rights; ensuring freedom of belief and religion, contributing to ensuring security and order to serve the socio-economic development of the province.

Speaking at the Conference, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Dang Binh, Head of the Provincial Security Steering Committee, requested departments, branches, organizations and localities to continue to thoroughly grasp the motto "People are the center; all policies and guidelines must truly originate from the lives, aspirations, rights and legitimate interests of the people" in implementing aspects of human rights work. Units and localities continue to effectively implement the Project on communication on human rights in Vietnam; apply the knowledge imparted to organize and implement aspects of human rights work, contributing to further improving the quality and results of human rights work in the coming time.
