1,400 delegates trained in administrative violation handling in 2025

The conference was held in a combination of in-person and online formats at 130 locations across the province with more than 1,400 delegates attending, including officers from the Provincial Police Department, legal officers from units, departments, and branches, officials with authority to handle and advise on administrative violations, judicial and civil status officials, and commune police.

At the conference, delegates were informed by lecturers from Hanoi Law University about the skills and expertise in handling administrative violations such as: Training and guidance on the implementation of Decree No. 68/2025/ND-CP dated March 18, 2025 of the Government amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 118/2024/ND-CP dated December 23, 2021 of the Government; practical skills and expertise in the process of handling violations; exchanging, discussing and answering questions in the process of handling administrative violations.

Through the conference, it aims to help officials and civil servants of departments, branches, districts and communes better understand the regulations and professional skills to advise and perform well the task of handling administrative violations, and remove difficulties and obstacles in the process of handling administrative violations. Thereby, improving the effectiveness of State management, contributing to stabilizing security, social order and safety in the province.
