Attending the Conference were leaders of the Group's Party Committee, Board of Members, Executive Board, Vietnam Coal and Minerals Trade Union and more than 700 outstanding labor delegates representing employees of the entire Group.
In 2023, the main targets of TKV Group all met and exceeded the plan, with higher growth than in 2022. Specifically, the Group produced over 37 million tons of raw coal, consumed nearly 48 million tons, the Group's total revenue reached over 170,000 billion VND, reaching 101.2% of the plan, and paid nearly 30,000 billion VND to the state budget. Caring for the lives and improving working conditions for workers were all of concern to units with practical and effective solutions. During the year, the average salary of the whole Group reached 16.8 million VND/person/month, an increase of 11.9% compared to the plan. Of which, the average salary of miners reached 24 million VND/person/month, with over 9,000 miners earning over 300 million VND/year.
In 2024, with the common goal of "Safety - Solidarity - Development - Efficiency", the collective of employees of the Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Group will continue to promote the tradition of "Discipline and Unity", determined to overcome difficulties, adapt flexibly, stabilize production and business, strive to fully complete the goals and targets of the production and business plan. The Group will continue to focus on ensuring occupational safety and hygiene, continue to improve working conditions, ensure wages and income for employees; strive for the average salary of the whole Group to reach over 17 million VND/person/month, an increase of 3.7% compared to the plan and an increase of 2% compared to the implementation in 2023; continue to care for the health, material and spiritual life of employees.
