According to VEC, the expressway projects invested by the corporation, including the Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay route, had previously had their financial plans approved with specific regulations on collection levels and increase schedules (every three years), with an increase rate of 12% each time. This is to ensure project efficiency as well as the ability to repay initial investment loans.
