In the Northern region, the price of live pigs today, July 15, 2024, remained stable across the board and fluctuated between 66,000 - 68,000 VND/kg.
Accordingly, the highest price in the region of 68,000 VND was recorded in Bac Giang, Hung Yen, Thia Binh, Ha Nam, Hanoi, Ninh Binh.

On the other hand, the lowest price in the region of 66,000 VND/kg was recorded in Lao Cai.
The remaining localities recorded a live pig price of 67,000 VND/kg.

In this area, the price of live pigs today is calm within a wide range and fluctuates between 62,000 - 68,000 VND/kg.

The highest price in the region of 68,000 VND/kg was recorded in Thanh Hoa and Nghe An.
On the other hand, the lowest price in the region of 62,000 VND/kg was recorded in Khanh Hoa, Binh Dinh, and Quang Tri provinces. Higher at 63,000 VND/kg was the purchase price recorded in Hue, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Dak Lak, and Ninh Thuan.
The remaining localities recorded live pig prices at 64,000 - 67,000 VND/kg.

In the Southern region, the price of live pigs today fluctuated in opposite directions and ranged from 63,000 - 66,000 VND/kg.

Accordingly, after adjusting the price up, traders in Ben Tre are purchasing live pigs at 64,000 VND/kg, equal to Dong Nai, Vinh Long, and Tra Vinh.
On the other hand, after a decrease of 1,000 VND/kg, traders in Tien Giang are purchasing live pigs at 63,000 VND/kg, equal to Bac Lieu.
The highest price in the region of 66,000 VND/kg was recorded in Binh Duong, Long An, Dong Thap, and Ca Mau provinces.

Lower than one price, traders in Vung Tau, Hau Giang, Binh Phuoc, Ho Chi Minh City, Tay Ninh, An Giang, Can Tho, Kien Giang, and Soc Trang are all purchasing live pigs at 65,000 VND/kg.
In general, the price of live pigs today has been adjusted in opposite directions by 1,000 VND/kg. Currently, the surveyed price in the provinces fluctuates between 62,000 - 68,000 VND/kg.
